1. Job Purpose
The CCM will be responsible for the overall business development, territory management, team handling, product growth, customer acquisition and business expansion for the RD-SMBG (Sahayog Mahila Bachat Gat) and Pigmy Daily Deposit products.
The role requires a highly energetic and result-oriented professional who can lead Business Development Officers (BDOs), Business Development Executives (BDEs) and other business channels, monitor their performance, develop new markets, generate innovative business opportunities and achieve assigned business targets.
The CCM will act as the key business leader for the assigned territory, ensuring sustainable growth, strong team productivity, effective market penetration and maximum business generation.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development & Growth
- Take complete ownership of business growth for RD-SMBG and Pigmy Daily Deposit products within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, customer segments and potential locations.
- Generate new business through direct market development, team efforts, referrals, local networks, institutions, groups and other relevant channels.
- Increase customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, retention and repeat business.
- Develop territory-wise business plans and ensure effective implementation.
- Continuously identify opportunities for increasing the contribution of existing branches, teams and channels.
- Drive business expansion into new areas and markets.
B. Team Handling & Performance Management
- Lead, guide and motivate BDOs, BDEs and other business channels operating in the assigned territory.
- Clearly communicate business targets, activity plans and performance expectations to the team.
- Take regular reporting from BDOs, BDEs and other channels.
- Review individual and team-wise performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor field activity, customer meetings, lead generation, conversion, collection/deposit performance and new account acquisition.
- Identify underperforming team members and implement corrective action plans.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, customer handling, product knowledge and market development.
- Conduct regular review meetings and performance discussions.
- Build a high-performance and target-oriented business culture within the territory.
C. Territory Management
- Take complete responsibility for the business performance of the assigned territory.
- Prepare territory-wise plans based on market potential, customer profile, competition and business opportunities.
- Identify high-potential locations and develop focused business plans for those markets.
- Map potential Mahila Bachat Gat groups, local communities, traders, small businesses, self-employed persons and other suitable customer segments.
- Ensure proper market coverage by the field team.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer expectations and local business conditions.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and strengthen the organization's presence in the territory.
- Regularly visit important markets, branches, customer locations and field operations.
D. RD-SMBG – Sahayog Mahila Bachat Gat Business
- Develop and expand the Sahayog Mahila Bachat Gat / RD-SMBG customer base.
- Identify and establish relationships with new Mahila Bachat Gat groups and potential women-led community groups.
- Develop sustainable group-based deposit mobilization strategies.
- Increase RD enrollment and improve customer retention.
- Build strong relationships with group leaders and key influencers.
- Develop new ideas for increasing participation and recurring deposit collections.
- Monitor group-wise business performance and ensure regular follow-up.
E. Pigmy Daily Deposit Business
- Drive the growth of the Pigmy Daily Deposit Scheme within the assigned territory.
- Develop new customer acquisition strategies for daily deposit mobilization.
- Identify potential markets such as traders, shopkeepers, small businesses, self-employed customers and other suitable segments.
- Improve daily deposit collection productivity through effective field-team planning.
- Monitor collector/BDE/BDO performance and business productivity.
- Identify new routes, markets and customer clusters for Pigmy business.
- Improve customer retention and increase the average business generated per customer.
- Develop innovative approaches for increasing daily deposit mobilization.
F. Reporting & MIS Management
- Collect regular business reports from BDOs, BDEs and other channels.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze business performance against targets.
- Prepare territory-wise and team-wise performance reports.

- Continuously develop new business ideas, sales strategies and market development initiatives.
- Identify innovative ways to increase RD-SMBG and Pigmy business.
- Experiment with new customer acquisition channels and local marketing initiatives.
- Develop territory-specific business campaigns and activities.
- Identify new customer segments and partnership opportunities.
- Study successful market practices and implement them within the territory.
- Encourage BDOs and BDEs to contribute new business ideas.
- Convert innovative ideas into measurable business results.
H. Customer & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, group leaders, business owners and local influencers.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and quick resolution of customer-related issues.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to improve retention and referrals.
- Protect the reputation and goodwill of Sahayog Multistate Credit Co-operative Society in the market.
I. Business Review & Strategic Planning
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly business reviews with the team.
- Prepare action plans for achieving short-term and long-term targets.
- Analyze territory performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Set priorities for high-potential markets and customer segments.
- Take ownership of business gaps and develop solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

5. Desired Experience & Qualification
Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Finance or Business Management will be an added advantage.
Experience: Preferably 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, banking, microfinance, NBFC, cooperative banking, deposit mobilization, financial services or similar field.
Experience in handling field teams, BDOs/BDEs, collection/deposit teams or multiple business channels will be preferred.

Overall Objective:
To achieve sustainable and profitable growth of RD-SMBG and Pigmy Daily Deposit business by effectively managing people, territory and channels while continuously creating new business opportunities for Sahayog Multistate Credit Co-operative Society.
CTC:- 8 to 9 LPA
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
