Job Description
- Design and publish 1–2 social media posts daily on Instagram and LinkedIn — drone use cases, government projects, agriculture operations, and company updates.
- Create high-quality visual content — posters, banners, reel thumbnails, ad creatives, and short-form videos using Canva and CapCut.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, blog posts, and post descriptions; assist with content for proposals and presentations.
- Conduct daily LinkedIn outreach — connect with government officials, agri businesses, PSUs, and corporate buyers; send personalised pitch messages.
- Generate and compile leads from LinkedIn, digital campaigns, website forms, and online directories; update CRM and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team.
- Manage WhatsApp Business marketing — share brochures, project videos, and company updates with prospects.
- Execute cold email and follow-up campaigns to government departments, agri companies, and infrastructure clients.
- Monitor and respond to all social media comments and DMs on Instagram and LinkedIn within defined TAT; escalate sales inquiries to the BDM.
- Plan and execute Meta paid ad campaigns — create targeting, manage budget, monitor performance, and optimise for lead generation.
- Perform weekly SEO tasks — keyword updates, meta descriptions, page ranking checks, and blog optimisation on WordPress.
- Track website inquiry forms; assign qualified leads to the Pre-Sales Executive with complete context.
- Monitor competitor digital activity — posts, ads, campaigns — and share weekly insights with management.
- Collect field photos and videos from the operations team; maintain an organised digital media library.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelance designers for outsourced creatives — brief, review, and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and submit a Daily MIS Report to management — posts published, leads generated, outreach done, and campaign performance.
- Compile and present a Weekly Performance Report — follower growth, reach, engagement rate, ad spend summary, and leads delivered to sales.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field. Diploma or certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, or equivalent) will be strongly preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Canva for social media creatives, posters, and ad visuals Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Content writing skills — ability to write engaging captions, blogs, and marketing copy
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools for reels and short videos
- Familiarity with WordPress for blog publishing and basic on-page SEO
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Alerts, and SEO fundamentals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for lead tracking, reporting, and CRM updates
- Strong communication and coordination skills — ability to work with sales and operations teams
- Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing multiple daily tasks independently
- Knowledge of drone applications in agriculture, government, or infrastructure will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
