Job Title: Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections as per control plans and drawings.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, and Go/No-Go Gauges.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Identify non-conforming products and prepare rejection reports.
Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and related documentation.
Coordinate with Production and Quality Engineers to resolve quality issues.
Support customer inspections, internal audits, and process audits.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and inspection procedures.
Follow 5S practices and maintain proper housekeeping in the inspection area.
Ensure compliance with company Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Policies
Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
1–5 years of experience in Quality Inspection, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
