Project Coordinator jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis — we staff coordination capacity ahead of the next engagement, not after it slips. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, inside the project management office that anchors client engagements across five intelligence domains and 18 countries. Below is the complete job description: the responsibilities you will own from day one, the requirements, the seniority path, and the selection process. Coordinators who have run engagement schedules where a missed dependency meant a missed election night — and want to work where that experience is respected — should read to the end.

01The actual work
What will you actually do as a Project Coordinator at CryptoMize?
01
Own the coordination layer of concurrent client engagements — master schedules, dependency chains, and the critical path engagement leads steer by
02
Run status reporting to clients and leadership: the variance summaries and decision-ready updates on which scope calls get made
03
Track and communicate project risks and opportunities, maintaining the risk log with honest severity and early escalation
04
Identify and pursue efficiency gains — where an engagement bleeds hours, you find it, quantify it, and propose the fix
05
Own engagement governance artifacts end-to-end: action registers, decision records, change logs, and audit-survivable documentation
06
Coordinate client-side counterparts on reviews and handovers — the diplomatic layer between our workstreams and their calendars
07
Own the post-engagement retro: what slipped, why, and which process change prevents the repeat — the record that makes the PMO smarter every cycle
08
Run the engagement wiki: the decision-context archive that lets any workstream answer "why did we choose this" without reopening the debate
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Coordinator at CryptoMize you will support and extend the project management office's grip on live engagements: creating and maintaining project schedules, preparing presentations that keep senior management and clients current, delegating and tracking tasks, and communicating risks and opportunities before they surprise anyone. You will be the person who knows the true state of every workstream on your engagements — and says it out loud early.
You will look for ways to increase project profitability and reduce delivery drag: identifying recurring bottlenecks, quantifying the hours they cost, and driving the process changes that remove them. Coordination here is not administrative stewardship — it is the operating discipline that lets compact senior teams deliver engagements far larger than their headcount.
You will also carry the client-facing coordination layer: scheduling reviews, managing handover cycles, and holding the documentation standard that keeps every engagement auditable. Coordinators who demonstrate judgment under campaign-tempo pressure are promoted onto the manager track deliberately and quickly.
