SNB Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of cookware, kitchenware, stainless steel utensils, kitchen sets, and SS pipes. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PPC Supervisor to ensure efficient production planning, inventory control, and on-time order execution.
Key Responsibilities:-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and production capacity.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets.
Track work orders and identify production delays or bottlenecks; implement corrective actions.
Plan and monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and production resources.
Prepare production MIS reports, daily progress reports, and planning dashboards.
Follow up with procurement for timely availability of raw materials and components.
Maintain production planning records and ensure adherence to company processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce lead time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering field.
3–6 years of experience in Production Planning & Control in a manufacturing company.
Experience in cookware, kitchenware, stainless steel, manufacturing.
Good knowledge of production planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and scheduling.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
