Job Title: Plant Operator – Waste Management Project

About the Role
The plant runs on people who show up and get it right, shift after shift. We're looking for an alert, reliable Plant Operator to handle day-to-day operations at our waste management plant — keeping the process running safely and smoothly from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment as per standard procedures
- Handle feedstock intake, loading, and processing operations
- Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.) and report deviations
- Carry out routine checks and basic housekeeping of equipment and work area
- Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required
- Report equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to the In-Charge promptly
- Maintain shift logs, production records, and basic documentation
- Support maintenance teams during breakdowns or servicing
- Coordinate with other shift operators for smooth handover
What We're Looking For
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent technical qualification (freshers with technical training welcome)
- 2-3 years of experience in plant/industrial operations, preferably waste management, biogas, or process industries
- Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems
- Physically fit, disciplined, and willing to work in shifts
- Safety-conscious with a team-first attitude
