Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled baristas to join our passionate team. Ideal candidates will share our love for great coffee, have excellent interpersonal skills, and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our cafe. They should also be willing to relocate to Dehradun, if not already in Dehradun.
What You'll Do
- Prepare coffee and other beverages (espresso-based drinks, filter, cold brew) to Tavaasa standards
- Maintain and clean espresso machines & grinders
- Manage stock; milk, beans, cups
- Keep the counter and prep area spotless
- Deliver warm, quick, friendly service
- Support during peak hours and events
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista
- Comfortable with espresso machines; latte art is a strong plus
- Genuine interest in specialty coffee and hospitality
- Punctual, hygienic, and a team player
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends
