Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced highly observant, discreet, and detail-oriented Private Field Detective to conduct field investigations, gather evidence, verify information, and prepare comprehensive reports. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field investigations as assigned by the organization or clients.
- Perform surveillance and monitor individuals, locations, or activities when required.
- Collect factual evidence through observation, interviews, and document verification.
- Verify employment, residential, financial, insurance, and background information.
- Gather intelligence related to fraud, theft, legal disputes, or corporate investigations.
- Capture photographs, videos, and other supporting evidence while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely investigation reports.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, legal professionals, and clients when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and investigation findings.
- Travel extensively within assigned regions to conduct investigations.
- Ensure all investigative activities comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
- Prior experience in private investigation, law enforcement, security services, or military is an advantage.
- Strong observation, interviewing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, report writing).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
