Experienced Architect / Planning & Land Use Expert
An experienced and qualified Architect / Planning & Land Use Expert is required for an industrial park being developed in the Shivalik region of Saharanpur district, near Dehradun.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review industrial park layouts and master plans.
- Handle land use planning and development activities.
- Verify and analyze khasra, khatauni, revenue records, and other land-related documents.
- Conduct site measurements, surveys, and land demarcation.
- Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable planning and land regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial, township planning, or land development projects.
- Strong knowledge of land use planning and master planning.
- Practical knowledge of khasra, khatauni, revenue records, and land documentation.
- Experience in site measurement, surveying, layout planning, and land demarcation.
- Experience coordinating with government departments will be preferred.
