Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Engineer with 7–8 years of experience in the real estate industry. In this role, you will lead day-to-day on-site construction activities, manage contractors, and ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and up to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Direct daily civil, structural, and finishing works on-site.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and execute architectural, structural, and service drawings accurately.
- Contractor Management: Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor to maximize productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Check material quality and construction workmanship against set standards.
- Material Tracking: Monitor material consumption, prevent wastage, and raise procurement indents.
- Safety & Reporting: Enforce site safety rules and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs).
Key Skills Required
- Real Estate Background: 7–8 years of solid site experience within real estate developments.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction methodologies, concrete technology, and finishing works.
- Problem Solving: Ability to quickly resolve on-site execution clashes and structural issues
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
