Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Computer Instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom and practical training sessions, mentoring students, and helping them achieve their learning and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students.
- Teach computer courses such as Basic Computer, Advanced Excel, Tally Prime, Graphic Designing, Web Designing, Digital Marketing, Programming Languages, AutoCAD, UI/UX Design, and other IT-related courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Demonstrate software applications and guide students through practical exercises.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual support when required.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Assist students in developing practical and industry-ready skills.
- Maintain attendance records and classroom discipline.
- Stay updated with the latest software, tools, and industry trends.
- Participate in curriculum development and course improvement initiatives.
- Support students in project work, portfolio development, and career guidance.
- Coordinate with management regarding student performance and training activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of computer applications and software tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and classroom management abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for teaching.
- Experience in teaching or training will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and teaching aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Tally Prime & Accounting Software
- Graphic Designing (Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator)
- Multimedia ( Animation , After Effect, Premier Pro, Blender)
- Web Designing (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress)
- Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads)
- Programming Languages (Python, C, C++, JavaScript,)
- AutoCAD and Design Software
- AI Tools and Emerging Technologies
