We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller (Sales & Customer Support) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting our sales team while working remotely.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Calling
- Handle incoming enquiries from phone calls, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and website leads.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our products and services clearly.
- Build a positive first impression of the company.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with every customer.
Lead Qualification
- Qualify leads based on location, project type, budget, and customer requirements.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Executive.
- Follow up with customers who have not yet made a decision.
Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule site visits for Sales Executives.
- Coordinate appointment timings with customers and the sales team.
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Ensure accurate daily scheduling.
Customer Relationship Management
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
- Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Ability to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM software, and email.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Candidate Profile

- Have 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Enjoy speaking with customers and building relationships.
- Are self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Can work independently from home with minimal supervision.
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Are willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
