Job Description – Assistant Manager (Logistics)

Assistant Manager – Logistics
Qualification:
Any Graduate
Experience in Logistics, Dispatch, Inventory, or Operations preferred.
Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience.
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Depending on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily logistics and dispatch operations.
Coordinate with bikers and delivery executives for timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
Check and verify incoming and outgoing materials.
Ensure proper dispatch of materials without delays.
Coordinate with courier partners and negotiate courier charges when required.
Maintain inventory accuracy; pending inventory is not acceptable.
Prepare daily dispatch and inventory reports.
Ensure smooth coordination between operations, warehouse, and delivery teams.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills.
Inventory management knowledge.
Dispatch and logistics coordination.
MS Excel and basic computer knowledge.
Problem-solving and team management skills.
Attention to detail.
Shift Timings:
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM OR
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM OR
2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Week Off:
Rotational Week Off
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
