- Manage day-to-day clinic activities
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Monitor opening/closing procedures
2. Staff Management
- Hire, train, and supervise staff (therapists, receptionists, nurses)
- Create duty rosters and manage attendance
- Conduct performance reviews and maintain discipline
3. Revenue & Sales Management
- Track daily/monthly revenue targets
- Monitor package sales and conversions
- Train team for upselling and cross-selling
- Handle pricing, discounts, and offers
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain MIS reports (daily sales, expenses, patient flow)
- Analyze clinic performance
- Share reports with owners/directors
5. Patient Experience Management
- Ensure high-quality patient service
- Handle complaints and resolve issues
- Maintain patient satisfaction and retention
6. Coordination with Doctors
- Plan doctor schedules and appointments
- Ensure proper case flow and treatment planning
- Support during procedures if needed
7. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock of consumables, medicines, and products
- Avoid shortages or overstocking
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
8. Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure clinic follows hygiene and safety protocols
- Maintain biomedical waste standards
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
9. Appointment & Front Desk Oversight
- Supervise appointment scheduling
- Reduce waiting time and improve efficiency
- Coordinate between front desk and therapists
10. Marketing & Business Growth
- Plan local marketing activities
- Manage social media coordination
- Work on patient acquisition strategies
11. Problem Solving & Crisis Handling
- Handle emergencies or difficult situations
- Take quick decisions for smooth operations
- Ensure minimal disruption in services
