- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information.
- Utilize software applications to document interactions accurately and maintain records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve complex issues promptly.
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment (or similar customer-facing role). Excellent communication skills-clear verbal English required; additional languages a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays according to business needs. Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; prior experience with CRM software beneficial but not necessary for the right candidate.
