About the Role
Anand Builders & House of Gu.Ban is looking for an experienced HVAC Consultant to collaborate on upcoming luxury hospitality and premium commercial projects. We are seeking professionals with extensive expertise in designing and coordinating high-performance HVAC systems for hotels and other large-scale developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complete HVAC systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust, and smoke management systems.
- Perform cooling and heating load calculations and equipment selection.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting plans, schematics, and detailed shop drawings.
- Coordinate with Architects, MEP Consultants, Structural Engineers, Interior Designers, and Contractors.
- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and equipment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, ASHRAE, IS Codes, and other applicable standards.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during installation and commissioning.
- Optimize HVAC designs for energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC specialization preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years of consultancy experience in HVAC design.
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, or premium residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP/Carrier Software, BIM, Navisworks, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of centralized chilled water systems, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation systems, and energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
Preferred
- Independent consultants or consulting firms are welcome.
- Experience in designing HVAC systems for hotels, banquet facilities, restaurants, and commercial developments.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and attend project/site meetings.
