Job Title: Head – Information Technology (IT)

Job Summary
The IT Head is responsible for leading the organization's technology strategy, managing IT infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity, and driving digital transformation across all Akasa Coworking locations. The role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable technology systems that support business operations and deliver an excellent member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, Wi-Fi, and office systems across all coworking centers.
- Ensure high availability of internet connectivity, access control systems, CCTV, printers, meeting room technology, and AV equipment.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint protection, firewall management, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance.
- Oversee ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other business applications.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and software licensing.
- Lead and mentor the IT team while establishing IT policies and SOPs.
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical IT incidents.
- Support technology integration for new coworking centers and office expansions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10–15 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing multi-location IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Microsoft 365), cybersecurity, virtualization, and IT service management.
- Experience with enterprise applications, vendor management, and project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or facility management.
Knowledge of access control systems, IoT devices, and smart building technologies.
Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or CISSP are an advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
