Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: West Bengal (Kolkata), Bihar (Patna), Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu (Namakkal), Maharashtra (Pune), Karnataka (Mysore), Kerala
Experience: 2–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business growth of Poultry Feed Additives in the assigned region.
- Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and customer networks.
- Achieve regional sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Travel extensively across the assigned territory.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the Poultry Feed Additives and Animal Health industry.
- Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver target-driven results.
- Proficiency in English; Hindi and regional language will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualification
- B.V.Sc., M.V.Sc., Animal Nutrition, Poultry Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or any relevant Life Science degree.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Poultry Feed Additives, Poultry Nutrition, Animal Health, Veterinary Products, or Feed Industry is mandatory.
- Candidates from Banking, Finance, Insurance, FMCG, Telecom, Human Pharma, Real Estate, Automobile, or other non-poultry industries will not be considered.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
