Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical queries and calls related to application, software, and system issues.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and identify the root cause of reported technical problems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant technical/development team with proper details.
- Maintain proper documentation of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Monitor recurring technical issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Requirements
- Final-year B.Tech students in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related branches are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle customer queries and calls professionally.
- Basic understanding of hardware, software, applications, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand customer issues, provide appropriate solutions, document and escalate unresolved issues, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
