dateWe are Looking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, compliance, performance management, and ensuring smooth HR operations for the assigned business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for night shift positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and shift scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Coordinate performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain HRMIS/attendance systems and employee records.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attrition, attendance, and manpower.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads to meet manpower requirements.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements, and clearance processes.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment and HR functions for BPO, International Process,
- Experience in handling night shift operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software (e.g., Keka or similar).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
