About the Role:
EasyDigz is an AI-first real estate technology platform built for independent agents and brokerages in the US. We’re hiring a SaaS Sales Executive (Growth) to own the front end of our growth motion — talking to real estate agents every day, showing them what the platform can do, and guiding them to “aha” during their free trial.
This is a conversation-heavy, demo-heavy role for someone who loves discovery, can run a sharp product walkthrough, and knows how to turn a curious trial user into an active, paying customer. You’ll be the human face of the product for agents evaluating whether to make us part of how they run their business.
What You’ll Do:
- Run discovery calls with US real estate agents and brokers — understand how they work today, where they lose time, and what would actually move the needle for their business.
- Deliver tailored product demos that map platform capabilities to each prospect’s specific workflow and pain points, not a generic feature tour.
- Own the trial experience. Onboard agents who start a free trial, check in proactively, remove friction, and make sure they reach real value before the trial ends.
- Drive trial-to-paid conversion. Follow up consistently, handle objections, and close.
- Manage your pipeline end to end — outreach, qualification, demo, trial nurture, and conversion — and keep your CRM clean and current.
- Be the voice of the customer. Capture recurring objections, feature gaps, and friction points, and feed them back to product and customer-success teams.
- Hit and beat your targets for demos booked, trials activated, and conversions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in SaaS sales, ideally selling to US-based customers (SDR / AE / growth roles all welcome).
- Excellent spoken English and strong presence on calls — you build rapport fast and stay crisp under questions.
- Proven comfort running live product demos and tailoring them on the fly.
- A consultative, discovery-first instinct rather than a hard-pitch style.
- Discipline with pipeline and CRM hygiene; you follow up without being chased.
- Willingness and ability to work US business hours.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, target-driven growth environment.
Nice to Have:
- Background in real estate, proptech, or selling to agents / brokers.
- Familiarity with US real estate workflows (MLS, listings, lead management).
- Experience with trial-based / product-led conversion motions.
- Track record of consistently exceeding conversion or revenue targets.
What Success Looks Like:
- Month 1: Fluent in the product and the agent’s world; running discovery calls and demos independently.
- Month 3: Owning a full pipeline of trials; consistently activating and converting trial users.
- Month 6: Beating conversion targets and surfacing clear, actionable patterns from the field that shape product and messaging.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

- Panchkula, Haryana (Panchkula): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
