Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitoring work of project/junior architects and assigning them tasks. Ensuring that the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
- Acting as a mentor to new architects and helping them improve their skills.
- Re-view architectural drawings produced by junior architects and maintain accurate up-to-date construction drawings and details.
- Re-view BOQ’s and estimates. Work on creating BOQ’s for interior and architectural projects.
- Manage schedule of deliverables and track progress.
- Co-ordination with site engineers, supervisors, contractors and vendors. Providing guidance to them and helping them understand design requirements & specifications.
- Co-ordinating with structural, MEP and other consultants and ensuring all issues are addressed in timely manner and that project deadlines are met. Oversee co-ordination between project architects and consultants.
- Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations
- Researching and enquiring about different materials. Adhering to specified budgets and requirements.
- Guiding multiple projects from start to finish. Analysing and resolving technical problems
- Undertaking regular site visits and checks.
- Apply appropriate techniques to transfer design drawings into detailed construction drawings consistent with the requirements of the projects.
- Preparing preliminary designs & layouts. Working on design development.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
