We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to create a warm and memorable experience for every customer visiting our showroom.
Location: MG Road, Kochi
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
- Manage the front office and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
- Guide customers to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Handle customer enquiries, phone calls, and appointment coordination.
- Maintain visitor records and support showroom operations.
- Assist in customer engagement activities and ensure high service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
