Job Description
Position: Brand Manager (Digital Marketing & Strategy)
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement the overall brand strategy aligned with business objectives. Define brand positioning, messaging framework, and value proposition across all marketing channels. Ensure consistent brand identity across digital and offline platforms.
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Plan and drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising, and email marketing. Manage and optimize digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Campaign Planning & Brand Communication: Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and traditional channels. Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams for campaign ideation, content development, and execution.
- Content & Social Media Strategy: Oversee the brand’s content strategy across websites, blogs, social media, and digital advertising. Plan storytelling and brand narratives to strengthen brand recall and audience engagement. Monitor and manage social media presence and online reputation.
- Market Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify opportunities and trends. Use data-driven insights to refine brand strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Performance Analytics & ROI Optimization: Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Track KPIs including brand awareness, engagement rates, leads, and conversions to optimize marketing ROI.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management: Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and design teams to align brand initiatives. Manage relationships with advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, and media partners.
- Budget Planning & Resource Allocation: Plan and manage the brand marketing budget with a focus on maximizing impact and efficiency. Allocate resources across campaigns and digital channels based on performance.
- Brand Governance & Compliance: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all communication materials. Ensure marketing activities comply with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Innovation & Growth Initiatives: Explore innovative marketing approaches, digital tools, and emerging trends to strengthen brand presence and identify opportunities for partnerships and new audience segments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,050,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
