Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide day-to-day executive support and coordinate with various external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling confidential matters, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of official tasks with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up with external stakeholders, including banks, GST Department, Municipal Corporation, Electricity Department, courts, legal professionals, Chartered Accountants, vendors, and other government or regulatory authorities. Visit government offices, financial institutions, and other external organizations as required to complete official work. Track pending tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep the CEO updated on the status of key assignments. Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Perform other administrative and executive assignments entrusted by the CEO from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline. Based in Ludhiana Good communication and interpersonal skills. Sharp-minded, proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently. Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Ability to travel locally for official work as and when required.
Preferred Experience
- 1–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Office Executive, or in a similar administrative or liaison role. Experience dealing with government departments, banks, legal offices, or regulatory authorities will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
