Experience: 8–12 Years
* Plan and oversee end-to-end production operations to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
* Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
* Implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
* Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and other food safety and quality standards.
* Monitor production efficiency, minimize wastage, and drive continuous process improvements.
* Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
* Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to prevent stock disruptions.
* Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
* Monitor operational KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and implement corrective actions where required.
* Lead, mentor, and develop production teams while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
* Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising product quality or customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and workplace safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
MBA in Operations or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
