About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Building Supervisor to manage daily maintenance activities and coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily building maintenance and repair work.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
- Inspect completed work and ensure proper quality standards.
- Read and understand basic civil, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and service providers.
- Maintain daily work reports and maintenance records.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
- Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
- Report maintenance issues and progress to management.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate; Civil or Mechanical background preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in building maintenance/facility management.
- Basic understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.
- Ability to understand maintenance/construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
