About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Faculty of Naturopathy to join our School of Health & Wellness. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions, facilitating practical learning, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic development of the Naturopathy program.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and practical sessions in Naturopathy and related areas.
- Teach subjects such as Naturopathic principles, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, nutrition, yoga, lifestyle management, fasting, natural therapies, and wellness practices, as relevant to the curriculum.
- Plan and conduct demonstrations, practicals, case studies, workshops, and experiential learning activities.
- Develop and update lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, and practical manuals.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical examinations, presentations, and other assessments.
- Provide academic mentoring and guidance to students and address their learning requirements.
- Incorporate current industry trends, evidence-based practices, and contemporary wellness approaches into classroom teaching.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, assessment documentation, and other program-related reports.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve the curriculum and student learning experience.
- Participate in orientations, seminars, workshops, guest sessions, academic events, and other institutional activities.
- Ensure that practical sessions are conducted safely and in accordance with institutional guidelines.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (BNYS/MNYS) or a relevant qualification from a recognised institution.
- Additional qualifications or certifications in Yoga, Nutrition, Wellness, or allied areas will be an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of teaching/academic experience in Naturopathy, Yoga & Wellness, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant clinical/practical experience in naturopathy and wellness centres will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
