Role Overview
WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead the organization's learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing engaging learning content, creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and partnering with stakeholders to build a high-performance learning culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end training programs for employees across various functions.
- Design and deliver onboarding, functional, behavioral, leadership, and process training programs.
- Create engaging training content, including presentations, training manuals, SOPs, process documents, videos, and assessment materials.
- Develop, review, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable learning interventions.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions with high learner engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads and business stakeholders to understand training requirements and align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements.
- Maintain training calendars, learning records, certifications, attendance, and documentation.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and process standardization across teams through effective learning solutions.
- Support employee capability development, performance improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
- Research and implement modern learning methodologies, instructional design practices, and digital learning tools.
- Prepare periodic training reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Learning & Development (L&D) and corporate training.
- Experience in SOP creation, process documentation, and knowledge management.
- Excellent content creation and instructional design skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and training tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a learner-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Training Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Corporate Training, Learning & Development, or Training Management.
- Hands-on experience in developing SOPs, process documentation, and training content.
- Experience delivering training across multiple departments and employee levels.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
