Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our aesthetic clinic and ensure smooth customer service, team performance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations and clinic staff.
- Drive sales, revenue, and monthly targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, consultations, and follow-ups.
- Manage and motivate the front office and clinic team.
- Monitor appointments, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
- Maintain clinic standards, hygiene, and discipline.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
- Support local marketing and lead conversion activities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Aesthetic Clinic / Skin & Hair Clinic / Beauty / Wellness industry.
- Strong sales, team management, and customer handling skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Target-oriented and responsible approach.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
