Job Summary
This position receive calls from UPS end-users from Region Offices, Air Gateways, Sorting Hubs and Package Delivery Centers throughout the UPS Network primarily in the United States. He/She resolves issues with ID re-sets, basic troubleshooting and email, handles Internet Explorer issues, and troubleshoots and dispatches basic hardware issues for Telcom problems (telephone/pagers/radios).
Responsibilities:-
Processes calls from UPS end-users.

Qualifications:-
Ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 operation

High school diploma, GED or International equivalent

Previous call center experience

Ability to type 30 WPM
