Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Event Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of corporate, brand, and experiential events. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent client servicing experience, and the ability to manage multiple events while leading cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate, brand activation, conferences, exhibitions, and experiential events.
- Manage client relationships, understand requirements, and provide strategic event solutions.
- Prepare event proposals, budgets, timelines, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and production partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and profitability.
- Negotiate with vendors and manage procurement to optimize costs.
- Lead on-site event execution, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Mentor and manage junior event managers and coordinators.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in event management, preferably with an agency or experiential marketing company.
- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing large-scale corporate and experiential events.
- Excellent budgeting, vendor negotiation, and project management skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel as required.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
