Position: General Physician
Department: Medical Services
Qualification: MBBS with valid State Medical Council/NMC Registration (MD General Medicine preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospital experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications and interpret laboratory and diagnostic reports.
- Provide emergency medical care and stabilize patients when required.
- Admit, manage, and monitor inpatients, maintaining accurate medical records.
- Refer patients to specialists whenever necessary.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Coordinate with nursing and other healthcare departments to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow hospital protocols, ethical standards, and statutory guidelines.
- Participate in medical audits, clinical meetings, and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Medical Superintendent or Hospital Management.
