Service & Technical Engineering
In the "Service" capacity, you are the hands-on expert who keeps the machines running.
- Installation: Setting up new machines, configuring network settings for printers, and training the client's staff on usage.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Performing scheduled visits to clean sensors, replace rollers, and check pump pressures to prevent breakdowns.
- Breakdown Repairs: Diagnosing and fixing mechanical or electronic failures (e.g., fuser errors in copiers or motor issues in cleaning equipment).
- Spares Management: Identifying which parts (toners, drums, brushes, or filters) need replacement and ensuring they are ordered.
Sales & Business Development
In this "Sales" capacity, you act as a technical consultant rather than just a salesperson.
- Lead Generation: Identifying new potential clients, particularly in the garment, textile, and healthcare sectors prevalent in Tirupur and Erode.
- Product Demonstrations: Conducting live demos of high-end equipment like A3 Color MFPs, High-Pressure Washers, or Scrubber Driers.
- Requirement Mapping: Analyzing a client’s workload (e.g., monthly print volume or floor area to be cleaned) to recommend the right machine.
- Quotation & Negotiation: Preparing commercial proposals, explaining the ROI (Return on Investment), and closing deals.
- AMC Sales: Selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and Comprehensive Service Providers (CSPs) to ensure recurring revenue.
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
