Commission Structure / कमीशन संरचनाNew Customer Acquisition / नए ग्राहक जोड़ने पर
- 10% commission on the first order received from every new customer introduced by the Relationship Manager.
- रिलेशनशिप मैनेजर द्वारा जोड़े गए प्रत्येक नए ग्राहक के पहले ऑर्डर पर 10% कमीशन दिया जाएगा।
Repeat Orders / रिपीट ऑर्डर
- 5% commission on all repeat orders received from the same customer for 6 months from the date of the first order.
- पहले ऑर्डर की तारीख से अगले 6 महीनों तक उसी ग्राहक से प्राप्त सभी रिपीट ऑर्डर पर 5% कमीशन दिया जाएगा।
Commission Payment / कमीशन भुगतान
- Commission will be released after payment is received from the customer.
- ग्राहक से भुगतान प्राप्त होने के बाद ही कमीशन जारी किया जाएगा।
Minimum Order Policy / न्यूनतम ऑर्डर नीति
- Minimum order value: ₹30,000
- न्यूनतम ऑर्डर मूल्य: ₹30,000
- Orders below ₹30,000 will attract transportation charges of ₹790 per standard box.
- ₹30,000 से कम के ऑर्डर पर ₹790 प्रति स्टैंडर्ड बॉक्स परिवहन शुल्क लागू होगा।
Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँBusiness Development / व्यवसाय विकास
- Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, plumbers, contractors and distributors.
- नए डीलर, रिटेलर, प्लंबर, कॉन्ट्रैक्टर एवं डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर जोड़ना।
- Generate business through cold calling, market visits and personal meetings.
- कोल्ड कॉलिंग, मार्केट विजिट और व्यक्तिगत मुलाकातों के माध्यम से व्यवसाय विकसित करना।
Relationship Management / संबंध प्रबंधन
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- ग्राहकों के साथ मजबूत और दीर्घकालिक संबंध बनाना।
- Visit customers regularly and ensure continuous business engagement.
- ग्राहकों से नियमित मुलाकात कर निरंतर व्यापारिक संबंध बनाए रखना।
Sales & Order Management / बिक्री एवं ऑर्डर प्रबंधन
- Take orders and coordinate with the company for dispatch.
- ऑर्डर प्राप्त करना एवं कंपनी के साथ डिस्पैच का समन्वय करना।
- Generate repeat orders from existing customers.
- मौजूदा ग्राहकों से रिपीट ऑर्डर प्राप्त करना।
Payment Follow-up / भुगतान फॉलो-अप
- Follow up for payments and outstanding dues.
- भुगतान एवं बकाया राशि की नियमित फॉलो-अप करना।
Market Development / बाजार विस्तार
- Develop new markets and increase brand presence.
- नए बाजार विकसित करना एवं ब्रांड की पहुंच बढ़ाना।
Required Skills / आवश्यक कौशल
✅ Cold Calling & Lead Generation / कोल्ड कॉलिंग एवं लीड जनरेशन
✅ Dealer & Customer Relationship Building / डीलर एवं ग्राहक संबंध निर्माण
✅ Strong Communication Skills / प्रभावी संवाद कौशल
✅ Negotiation & Closing Skills / बातचीत एवं डील क्लोजिंग क्षमता
✅ Field Sales Experience Preferred / फील्ड सेल्स अनुभव वरीयता
✅ Bath Fittings, Pipe Fittings, Sanitaryware or Hardware Market Knowledge Preferred / बाथ फिटिंग, पाइप फिटिंग, सैनिटरी या हार्डवेयर मार्केट की जानकारी वांछनीय
✅ Order Booking & Payment Follow-up / ऑर्डर बुकिंग एवं भुगतान फॉलो-अप
✅ Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented / स्व-प्रेरित एवं लक्ष्य केंद्रित
Travel Requirement / यात्रा आवश्यकताएँ
- This is a field-based role.
- यह एक फील्ड आधारित भूमिका है।
- Candidate should be willing to travel for dealer visits, market development, customer meetings and business expansion.
- उम्मीदवार को डीलर विजिट, मार्केट डेवलपमेंट, ग्राहक मीटिंग एवं व्यवसाय विस्तार के लिए यात्रा करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए।
- Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
- स्वयं का दोपहिया वाहन एवं स्मार्टफोन होना वांछनीय है।
