Sales Trainer – Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to train, coach, and develop the sales team to improve product knowledge, communication, sales skills, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales training, induction, and refresher sessions.
- Train employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Identify training gaps through performance analysis and feedback.
- Develop training materials, scripts, role-plays, and assessments.
- Conduct mock calls and provide individual coaching.
- Track training effectiveness and improvement in sales performance.
- Work closely with Sales and HR teams to improve team productivity.
- Maintain training records and prepare performance reports.
