We are hiring a Restaurant Operations Associate for a confidential restaurant technology project focused on improving the dine-in experience.
The role involves configuring restaurants on the platform, deploying QR codes, setting up menus and tables, training restaurant staff, testing the complete ordering flow, and ensuring restaurants are successfully operational.
This role works closely with the Merchant Success Associate during restaurant onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit restaurants across Satya Niketan.
- Configure restaurant accounts.
- Upload restaurant menus.
- Configure table mapping.
- Generate and deploy QR codes.
- Test complete customer ordering flow.
- Train restaurant staff.
- Assist merchants during initial setup.
- Resolve operational issues.
- Monitor restaurant activation.
- Collect operational feedback.
- Ensure restaurants are successfully using the platform.
