Role :
Receives and directs visitors, employment applicants, inbound telephone inquiries and others to appropriate locations and parties.
Essential Duties:
- Operates telephone system for inbound calls.
- Receives and relays messages/telephone calls from internal and externa sources.
- Making individuals entry in VAM's system.
- Recording the movement of clients in and out of the reception/ organization.
- Greets guests/visitors; notifies personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains a visitors log and issues badges when necessary.
- Collecting the badge when they exit the premise & logging them out from the VAM's system.
- Responds to routine inquiries on office location, hours of operation,
- telephone numbers, e-mail/website addresses, etc.
- Handling of inward & outward couriers. maintaining all records in the courier register.
- May assist with filing, sorting, mail distribution and completing special administrative support projects.
- Maintains vigilance and conducts security profiling of all people in and around the lobby and ensures no unauthorized movement of visitors and candidates within the facility.
- Responds to emergency situations following set protocols (including fire &
- security breaches).
- Stops unauthorized material exit, receives material deliveries.
Knowledge
Strong procedural/functional knowledge.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Skills
Language skills: ability to read, comprehend and follow standard procedures or instructions
Communication skills: communicate professionally (communicate respectfully, listen, articulate/explain issues, use professional tone, know when to email vs call, etc.)
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
