IREZ Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to conduct engaging training sessions for students and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for developing communication, personality development, interview skills, presentation skills, teamwork, leadership, and workplace etiquette to improve students' employability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive soft skills training sessions.
- Train students in communication, public speaking, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and personality development activities.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Customize training content based on industry requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or Corporate Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of employability and workplace skills.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences in both online and offline sessions.
- Freelance availability with flexible scheduling.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
