We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Primary Teachers (PRT) for Grades 2 to 5 who are passionate about delivering quality education and supporting students’ academic growth and personal development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering subject-specific lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
You will be expected to plan structured lessons, engage students through interactive teaching methods, and create a positive and disciplined classroom environment that promotes learning, curiosity, and confidence.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed/B.El.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)
- Bachelor’s degree in the respective subject to be taught
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement subject-specific lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines
- Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction for Grades 2 to 5
- Assess, record, and report students’ academic performance and development
- Use innovative teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and participation
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and strong study habits
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Participate actively in school programs, meetings, and professional development sessions
