We are looking for passionate and technically skilled Robotics Trainers to inspire students through hands-on learning and real-world technology projects. Job Summary The Robotics Trainer will be responsible for delivering practical training sessions on Robotics, AI, IoT, Electronics, Programming, and Embedded Systems to school and college students. The role also involves setting up STEM labs, mentoring students for projects and competitions, and representing STEMCORP DYNAMICS at educational institutions. Key Responsibilities Training & Teaching Deliver hands-on training sessions in Robotics, AI, IoT, Electronics, Embedded Systems, and Programming. Teach students using project-based learning methodologies. Conduct workshops, boot camps, and teacher training programs. Mentor students for robotics competitions, science exhibitions, and innovation challenges. Develop lesson plans, practical assignments, and project documentation. Technical Responsibilities Assemble, test, and troubleshoot robotics kits and electronic circuits. Program Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and other embedded platforms. Assist in the installation and maintenance of Robotics, AI, IoT, and STEM Labs. Guide students in developing innovative hardware and software projects. Coordination & Reporting Maintain attendance, training records, and progress reports. Coordinate with schools, colleges, and internal teams for successful program execution. Ensure proper handling and maintenance of training equipment and laboratory resources. Required Qualifications Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering disciplines. M.E./M.Tech in relevant Engineering disciplines. Equivalent engineering qualification with relevant technical expertise. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a Robotics Trainer, STEM Trainer, IoT Trainer, Embedded Systems Trainer, or a similar technical training role. Experience in delivering training programs in schools, colleges, universities, or educational institutions is mandatory. Experience in handling robotics workshops, STEM labs, or educational technology products will be an added advantage. Technical Skills Candidates should have practical knowledge of: Arduino Programming ESP32 / NodeMCU Raspberry Pi Embedded Systems Robotics & Automation IoT Projects Electronics & Circuit Design Sensors & Actuators C/C++ Programming Basic Python Programming 3D Printing (Preferred) AI & Computer Vision (Preferred) Skills Required Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong classroom management abilities. Hands-on teaching approach. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Professional attitude with a passion for teaching and mentoring students. Travel Requirement Willingness to travel across Assam and Northeast India is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable travelling frequently to schools, colleges, universities, and client locations. Must be willing to stay 2–10 days away from the home location whenever required for training programs, workshops, lab installations, or project execution.
