### Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound *Solar Sales Engineer* who can identify opportunities, build client relationships, design techno-commercial solutions, and drive end-to-end solar project sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems with a passion for renewable energy. ([LinkedIn][1])
### Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities across Commercial, Industrial (C&I), Residential, Educational Institutions, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Government sectors.
* Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and energy requirement assessments.
* Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, ROI analysis, and presentations.
* Explain solar system design, net metering, subsidies (where applicable), and financial benefits to customers.
* Coordinate with design and engineering teams for system sizing and project feasibility.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC partners, consultants, architects, and key decision-makers.
* Represent Reddonatura at exhibitions, networking events, and sustainability forums.
* Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience. ([LinkedIn][1])
### Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
* *4–6 years* of experience in Solar PV sales, EPC sales, or renewable energy solutions.
* Strong knowledge of:
* Rooftop & Ground-mounted Solar PV Systems
* Net Metering
* Energy Audits
* Solar Project Economics & ROI
* Commercial & Industrial Solar Solutions
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
* Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of AutoCAD/PVsyst will be an added advantage. ([Indeed India][2])
