About the Role
Techdr is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to drive quality leads and maximize return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets to achieve maximum ROI and ROAS.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
