Personal Assistant (PA) to Managing Director
Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and personal support to the Managing Director by managing schedules, communications, meetings, and confidential documents while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle official calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and maintain reminders for important tasks and deadlines.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and visit arrangements.
- Maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
- Draft letters, presentations, and other official documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Organize documents for approvals and signatures.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and E-mail.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Professional, confidential, and detail-oriented approach.
- Good coordination and time management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
