Requirement: Bar Mixologist
We are looking for a talented, energetic, and passionate Bar Mixologist to join our premium high-energy bar.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Mixologist/Bartender in reputed bars, lounges, luxury hotels, or fine-dining restaurants.
- Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, signature cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and premium beverages.
- Strong flair for cocktail presentation, garnish techniques, and innovative drink creation.
- Sound knowledge of bar operations, inventory management, hygiene standards, and beverage costing.
- Ability to handle high-volume operations while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Excellent communication, guest engagement, and upselling skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong team spirit.
- Ability to train junior bartenders and maintain SOPs.
- Must be passionate about mixology, creativity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
