Hiring: B2B Sales / Sales Coordinator – Printing & Packaging Industry

We are looking for a B2B Sales / Sales Coordinator / Business Development professional with experience in the Printing, Packaging or Manufacturing industry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Printing / Packaging / Manufacturing
- Knowledge of Flexographic (Flexo), Digital & Offset Printing
- Strong understanding of Packaging products, materials, finishes and printing requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent English communication and client-handling skills
- Candidates with experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Coordination, Sales Coordination or Business Development are encouraged to apply
- Freshers with highly relevant printing/packaging knowledge may also be considered based on the client's requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2B client enquiries and provide quotations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients
- Coordinate with Design, Pre-press, Sampling, Production and Dispatch teams
- Manage the complete order cycle from enquiry → quotation → production → dispatch
- Understand customer requirements related to packaging material, printing and finishing
- Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports
- Track sales KPIs and follow up with customers

We are particularly interested in candidates from IIP Mumbai (Indian Institute of Packaging) and SIES / SIES Graduate School of Technology / SIES College, especially candidates based around Ghatkopar, Bhiwandi, Thane, Mulund, Vikhroli, Kanjurmarg, Powai, Navi Mumbai and nearby Mumbai locations.
