Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, student-focused, and enthusiastic Student Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and support them throughout the admission process. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for counseling are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on available courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up activities.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Achieve individual counseling and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with academic teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Participate in promotional events, seminars, workshops, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
