Job Title – AI Training & Adoption Intern
Experience – 0-3 months
Duration – 3-6 months
Location – Ghitorni, New Delhi
We are looking for a curious and enthusiastic AI Training & Adoption Intern to help drive AI awareness and adoption across the organization. The intern will research emerging AI tools, support employee training initiatives, create learning resources, and identify practical ways AI can improve productivity and business operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Artificial Intelligence, technology, learning, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Research & Innovation
- Research new AI tools, trends, and developments in the industry.
- Evaluate AI platforms and identify relevant use cases for different departments.
- Share updates on emerging AI technologies and best practices.
Employee Training & Support
- Assist in conducting AI training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Help employees understand and effectively use AI tools in their daily work.
- Provide basic guidance and support for AI-related queries.
AI Adoption & Implementation
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity and efficiency.
- Test AI tools and recommend practical applications for business functions.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven workflows and processes.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Create user guides, SOPs, tutorials, and training materials for AI tools.
- Develop and maintain a repository of useful AI resources, prompts, and best practices.
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports on AI trends and adoption progress.
Prompt Development
- Create and optimize prompts for content creation, research, data analysis, and operational tasks.
- Build prompt libraries tailored to different teams and departments.
Skills Required
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.
Educational Qualification
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
