Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for end-to-end IT solutions, including:
- Software & App Development
- Website Development & Digital Services
- CCTV & Security Systems
- Networking, WiFi & IT Infrastructure
- Hardware Sales (PC, Laptop, Gaming Builds)
- Cloud, Server & IT AMC Services
- Generate leads from:
- Businesses (Hotels, Offices, Shops, Startups)
- Real estate & villa projects
- Retail & SME clients
- Build and close high-value B2B deals (IT setup, office infrastructure, digital transformation)
- Understand client requirements and offer complete bundled solutions (example: CCTV + WiFi + Software + Website)
- Lead and manage sales team and field executives
- Coordinate with:
- Technical team (for solutions & execution)
- Marketing team (for leads & campaigns)
- Create proposals, quotations, and close deals
- Develop partnerships with:
- Builders
- Business owners
- Hotels & resorts
- Corporate clients
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Complete IT Solutions ecosystem
- Ability to sell bundled services (Hardware + Software + Services)
- Excellent negotiation & closing skills
- Strong B2B sales experience
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Understanding of:
- Networking / CCTV / IT infrastructure
- Software & web/app development basics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 3–8 years experience in:
- IT sales / system integration / digital services
- Proven experience in closing high-ticket deals (₹50K – ₹10L+)
Preferred (VERY IMPORTANT for You)
- Experience in:
- IT infrastructure sales
- CCTV / networking / hardware sales
- Software or web development services
- Local Goa market knowledge
- Existing network of business clients
