Full Stack Developer — Fresher / 0–1 Year Experience
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build and ship products quickly using modern development and AI tools.
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Type: Full-time
What you’ll do
- Build frontend and backend features
- Work with React / Next.js, Node.js / Python
- Work with APIs, databases, authentication and deployments
- Integrate AI/LLM features
- Use tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other AI coding agents
- Debug, test and ship production-ready code
What we’re looking for
- Good JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
- Experience building real projects
- Basic knowledge of databases and APIs
- Comfortable with Git/GitHub
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Able to understand and review AI-generated code, not just copy-paste it
Important
We are not looking for someone who simply asks AI to generate code and pastes it.
You should be able to:
- Understand what the generated code is doing
- Review and modify AI-generated code
- Debug when the AI solution doesn't work
- Break large problems into smaller tasks
- Give AI agents good context and instructions
- Verify code before shipping it
We believe developers who know how to combine strong fundamentals + AI tools can build significantly faster than traditional development workflows.
Bonus Points
- You have built and deployed your own projects
- You have worked on SaaS products
- Experience with Supabase/PostgreSQL
- Experience with LLM APIs or AI agents
- Familiarity with MCP, tool calling or agentic systems
- Experience with Docker or cloud infrastructure
- Contributions to open-source projects
- You actively experiment with new developer and AI tools
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
